Joomla website developper and coder for fixing bugs and makint it work.

I need a developer/coder with programming skills to fix a joomla website and its modules that was developed by an inexperienced developper and which has many bugs. The main things to fix are: a. fixing the client register module that does not work consistently, so people are not able to register. b. Fixing (re coding) some annoying bugs of the website. c. Fixing the rendering of a report of the dashboard which does not print well b. Coding some new modules for self evaluation and some other charts. The important thing is to have the website web app and its modules render well on mobile telephones, because it is used by kids of 11 and above. Once this is fixed, I will need some on going assistance for the V2, V3 versions and for the on going developpment of this web application.
