[JavaScript] Fix my regex

I need someone who is experienced with regular expressions, also known as regex.
Suppose I got a file upload parser, which is coded in PHP/JS. I want it to check if the filename contains alphanumeric characters (letters A-Z, numbers 0-9, or hyphens '-').
Here's the catch: Suppose the given file name is equal to this name:
"My best HoLiDaY IN [login to view URL]".
I want the regex to check for every possibility, whether it's case insensitive or not.
Here is the function I want you to fix:

return [login to view URL]( /(^|\s)([a-zA-Z\.])/g , function(m,p1,p2){ return p1+[login to view URL](); } );
