Install and customize a wordpress theme

For our client we are launching a new project and we need the following: 1. Installation of selected WP theme: - homepage - [login to view URL] - main internal page - [login to view URL] There will be two languages. The main menu consists of 5 elements: Events, Past events, About us, Contacts and Registration. - Events (this is the homepage) - Past events - The design of that section will be identical to the "Events" section. Our expectation is that all the information about the events will be automatically moved to the Past events section as soon as they are realized. -About us - a simple page with several submenus, text and photos - Contacts - the contact page of the WP theme - [login to view URL] - Registration: that page is visually divided into two parts - on the left side there are user and password fields, and on the right side: a registration form for new users. When a specific event is opened, the "Events" button must be active; the name of the particular event should be displayed on a row under the main menu (accented in some way) and on the right side of the event name - the menus of the particular event /program, idea , lecturers, etc./ should be displayed. The information for the whole event itself should be placed on one page and the user could read it scrolling up and down. The idea is that the menus for each event are visible so that when you click on any of them you can open this section directly. Full event information is based on one-page site model. 2. Specific modules and requirements The site must maintain an option to upload information for any event and this info to be accessible to registered users only. The information will be in the form of any types of files, links, and the other similar documents. There should be one very important option - an administrator must have the permission to approve registered users. The approval will be based on a payment received for a participation on a selected event. For the moment, for that task, the payment option will be wire transfer only. The next option should be developed is credit/debit card payment, but it is not included at the present task and price. For each event it should be an option to point a "manager / administrator". They will be one or two persons which will be able to upload/edit all the information about the event. This information should be visible for the registered users after their log-in. Immediately after a new info is uploaded, all registered users should receive an automatically generated and sent e-mail with the updated information. All the registered users must be able to access their account, including via a tablet and mobile phone. The project is relatively urgent - we must have a working version by the end of the month. The site must be filled up with information by April 3rd 2018.
