Improve existing website selling tickets

I manage a website selling party tickets and would like to do improvements and bug fixing.
Some projects on my list now:
- new report of all actively selling parties on 1 page
- dynamic party number setting
- job sending reminder mail for those who didn't succeed in payment
- pricing changed automatically of x nbr of tickets sold
- selling tickets from customer to customer
It is built quite a while ago in PHP using Stripe and Paypal as payment providers.
I use a test domain connected to a test database so that dev can happen without affecting production. Once dev is done, I test and I put the files live.
