Implement a vue.js system that manages courses

I take online classes for students and I want a system that can manage leads, customers, payments, admin, task editors, classes, tasks, tutors and referrals. However, for a start the first milestone we will implement things discussed in the document. The project will be completed using Vue.js, MySQL and backend Laravel I already have a front end design that can be utilized thus saving design time. Most of the time will be used in the development stage. We will start with a few milestones that will end up with a final system. First milestone instructions are attached below:
