Hubspot developer to fix issue with the Language Switcher

We have designed different translation pages, they all work. .com is the main (which shows en-us) .com/fr-fr is for france .com/de-de is for germany .... Now i want if the user lands on .com that there is a script that checks the language of the browser or via the ip address and automatically redirects the user to the right language page. Also if the user lands on a language page i would like to save that in the cookies so that whenever he goes to .com again that he immediatly gets redirected to his landing page. Please pm me if you know how to fix this. Note: i don't want to put the HubSpot Language Switcher on the pages. And this makes it difficult. You need to think out of the box to find a walk around.
