Delivery Date Calendar App
Hi all,
I am helping port over a flower delivery companies website from an older BigCommerce theme (Bedazzled) to a new stencil theme (Foundry Light). We used to have a pop up, visual calendar as the interface for the "Event Date/Delivery Date" section of the product page. When we changed themes it went to the original dropdown menu style. The pop up calendar with blocked out dates (past dates, etc.) seems to be a very common feature on many websites.

Are there any designers who would be able to build out that interface? Its pretty standard and you might already have the code for it.
Features needed:
Pop Up UI Calendar
Unselectable dates: Already occurring dates, days we don't deliver (Sunday, Monday)
First date on calendar is the current date
Optional: If Saturday is selected it automatically ads $10.00 to the total price.
