hide categories when empty opencart 1.5.6

i have opencart 1.5.6 , i have main categories and sub categories , i want the category to hide if there are no products listed in the categories or should i say no stock in that category
i tried using a vqmod uskb without any use whatsoever so looking for someone who can create a mod for me
to give you an idea what i mean go to [login to view URL]
the categories listed are sub categories and the ones showing (0) should hide off the page so it only leaves categories with stocked items in them
