Generate pdf certificate from sql database information

1) user can key in their name or ID
2) system generate a link to download their pdf certificate
3) certificate is generated from database information
> few fields are allocated (name, result, race time, etc)
4) admin can upload excel file to the database, overwriting the existing one.
