Front End Web Developer for new Magento 2 shop

We are looking for full time Magento 2 Developer someone who can work with us on a ongoing Magento 2 project for front-end adjustments in our own theme.
We currently have a webshop online but building a new one in Magento 2. You can use our old website as reference as what you need to be able to build. We also have all pages designed in PSD format.
We are looking for a highly experienced Magento 2 developer, that can do the following:
- Convert PSD designs to responsive design (This must be custom build clean code)
- Use a program like gitlab so we can see the changes you made.
- We're going to do the project step by step, so for now I want to see your price per hour and how you see working this on distance.
