Fix footer, header, blog page and blog results

I currently use a static website that is build on bootstrap. I want to take this website and make it dynamic by using the content already inside a Wordpress CMS. I would like to read content form Wordpress mysql database and provide into my site template using php. The content has to be provided for the blog pages and footer. The developer must be familiar with mySQL & Wordpress api & php. The site home page is here: [login to view URL] The following objectives have to be met: 1. Toolbar. I want to make the toolbar dynamic. Being a static site every page has a toolbar code currently. I want to make the toolbar code a single file that gets included in all the html pages. 2. Footer. I want to make the entire footer dynamic. Being a static site every page has a footer currently. I want to make the footer a single file that gets included in all the html pages. (the footer should be as shown in the attached png file) 3. I want to add a new section to the footer, and in this section add “Recent Posts” and “Recent Tweets”. The recent posts will come from CMS. Recent tweets will come from twitter account catalogforce. When I click on a post from the footer, it should take the user to the “Blog Page” as described below. (the footer should be as shown in the attached png file) [login to view URL] 4. Blog result page: This is the template that has to be used to display the blog posts in the CMS. The side bar should include the recent posts and tweets, and everything else as shown. It should also include by years the posts from the past. (the footer should be as shown in the attached png file) [login to view URL] 5. Blog page: is the template that has to be used to display a single blogpost from the CMS. This is the page where the actual blog post itself is displayed. This is how I would like the post should look. (the footer should be as shown in the attached png file) [login to view URL] Other requirements: Developer must be available on skype at least for 1 hour (any one hour) everyday between 7AM and 7PM Chicago hours. Documentation: Require full documentation on how to install and how to get this to work. All properties for the CMS should be in a property file Developer must upload changes to server so we can verify the work right away. The site has to be fully responsive after this is implemented. New posts when posted via word press CMS should automatically appear in the sidebar, footer, blog result page and blog page. Please see the attachment.
