Fantasy Football Website

I have played fantasy football (american football) for a number of years and of late I have started playing a slightly different format which no website is able to do in a satisfactory manner. This is potentially a quite long project and something we could end up collaborating on for a number of years depending on speed. Essentially I would like the ease of use of a website/program like [login to view URL] but would like the wider functionality of www.myfantasyleague.com.
I understand this is probably one of the weirder briefs you will have received but I don't think there is a huge reason to go into too deeper details at the moment until I know my contractor will be able to do what I need them to.
It will be a paid site that users will want to come to because it offers the ease of use mixed with functionality that is currently not in the market.
I need someone who is prompt, can communicate easily with me and understand what I am asking. Someone who can take some initiative by visiting these website, creating an account to have a look and get a feel for what I am meaning and then give me their thoughts.
By doing this you will also have an idea of what they are getting themselves into!
