Exisiting Booking system / Signup Form - Addons and Fixes

We hired someone from freelancer to Create our Booking System / Signup Form PHP + MySQL requires someone skilled to learn existing projects. This isn't much of changes , but we'll hire you in the future work for sure. As this is early stages of the Booking System which will need improvements . 1) Admin Section : Somehow if someone forget to add an add-on while booking and they want to Add Add-on after, can there be in admin add-ons visible so can ADD Add-on's in case client makes last minute changes and want to add something to existing booking . All add-ons that client selected are still BOX clicked . 2) Tax Exemption - Meaning if someone is booking and they have TAX Exemption # like government places ( schools and such ) , they enter password provided by Admin in e-mail and once password entered in booking the TAX changes to %0 . Only password can change TAX 3) Admin Section: Adding Blanked Booking to secure date ( a somehow QUCIK and easy Book a DAY with perhaps VACATION on it ) .. think of idea instead of going though entire form at clients VIEW you can BOOK the days off in Admin ( would be perfect MASS booking so selecting several days at once and done ) For example someone is going for Vacation for 2 weeks , it’s hassle to book 14 times. We need a quick way for adding a DATE in calendar! 4) Coupon Offer - To only that receive coupon when booking they can enter Coupon ( Auto generated) special coupon perhaps from a flyer or event a client seen .. The coupons will have expiry date . Add coupon in Admin … generate Coupon – Name + price of course on minus = You can add that in Booking System as Have a Coupon ? – Enter here 5) Maybe making something like Clients can enter and see their booking information by knowing the ID number and their NAME as it appears in Admin Section. This may eliminate Point 1) Fixes : 1) In Admin when going to Booking Calendar and entering any booking At the Bottom please add DELETE BOOKING , it’s only visible now in Reservations but not when going through Calendar. So this case we can TAKE OUT Reservation button in Admin as it will not be needed! Bookings will only be visible in Calendar but adding Search on top somewhere where can search for Name is it appears in Booking , as names are showing in Calendar. 2) Terms and Conditions : In Signup to be different then Booking. Now it’s showing both Sign-up and Booking the same. 3) Notes in Bookings Admin to be BIGGER from the start, now only showing 2 lines. Make it showing about 10 lines from start then Admin can adjust if needed for more.
