The project is for 1 form in a website.
Normaly users fill in their info and submit the forms.
What I want to do is to make a program in php code and automatically fill in the info (the php code not a human) like firstname, lastname, email, phonenumber,"agree with conditions" etc (the info are different in each form), submit the form and get the result page (to be sure it was succesful). For this purpose you can use sample/test data.
I have done this in 30+ forms but I cannot do it in this one. What you have to do is to make one function (see attached file) that does the work. Latter I will use the function and get user data from my database to do it many times for multiple data (this is my task)
