Embed full width map on to website

Need to embed a map on a page of my site that has Polygons with links attached to each polygon.
Have created the map but when embedding the max width it will embed at is 320pixels regardless of the device i'm on.
The task is to create a container that will resize the map according to the screen it is viewed on.
Map is to be full screen in width. Stretched from edge to edge.
Login to backend will be provided, along with embed code for the map.
Let me know what code you will use to acheive this, and how long it will take you.
