Emails Not Sending On Wordpress Platform

Hey there, I have setup my Wordpress Woocommerce website and I’m having problems with emails not sending. I would like for this to be fixed as this is causing me a lot of problems. The primary issues ARE: 1. When a customer places an order on our website, the email is not sending out to the customer to notify them of their order. 2. When a customer places an order on our website, we are not receiving a confirmation of an order on our website. 3. When we cancel an order, the customer is not receiving an email to notify them their order has been cancelled/refunded. 4. When we cancel an order the we are not receiving an email to notify them their order has been cancelled/refunded. 5. We have an automated email setup on our website which emails a customer after 7 days of their purchase to ask them how their order is. This is not sending. This is surely a simple fix for a professional. I want my email issues to be resolved, so they work as per usual. I have tested many times purchasing an item myself and have access to both the administration and my own email, therefore I can see whether a customer/us are seeing these emails. These are NOT going to our SPAM, therefore that is not the issue. This is NOT an SMTP issue. I have had another Freelancer confirm this and he was unable to fix this. My budget for this project is $15, however if you complete it fast and get it working, I will pay you $20. Many Thanks
