We need to add a custom Address field in a PHP template where the editors of a WordPress website can easily add an address of a place and it will display a Google map. We also need to add some text fields which also can be populated and show on the front-end.
The fields we needs to add are:
- Google Map of address
- Email Address (need email turning into a link automatically)
- Phone Number (text field)
- Opening Hours (text field)
The fields will need to show on the front-end on the website as a sidebar - but this does NOT have to be linked to the widget section of WP.

Is it pure php template or wordpress? If it is wordpress then better to use contact plugin which can be set from admin backend. Php will need coding.
