Dropbox Order File WooCommerce Plugin.

In need of a custom WooCommerce plugin with organises and sorts digit download files when an order has been placed on Dropbox.
We currently have an old plugin which works as follows...
1) Customer places order
2) Sends a signal to Dropbox to move a file from source folder to another folder and label the file with the order number - it will remove the file from the source folder.
3) add the download link to the customers download and set a limit of x
In the backend, it will need to add a field to the products so I can select the source folder and the endpoint folder (where the files are sent for client download after order is completed). This will also be the place where I can select the number of downloads allowed e.g 2.
The source folder will contain different files, each product will have its own source folder.
The link for the download will need to be updated if I allow more downloads in the backend order section.
This must also work with the plugin WooCommerce Order Status & Actions Manager - Once the dropbox has uploaded the file to the clients download section the order status will change from 'complete' to whatever I select, for example, 'File Uploaded'.
