Hello there. I believe that I am the person for the job. Even though this is my first time doing freelance work, I can provide a resume of my previous work experience, in addition PowerShell samples. I have been in the Information Technology space for over 10 years and I was born and raised in VA. My current position is an Active Directory/Windows/PowerShell engineer so I have plenty experience with GPOs. If you look at my portfolio, my Modern ADUC & Resource Manager targets GPOs as part of the program I have written so I believe that I already have some of the code written. I believe that I can do this in a day. Due to various factors such as PS Versions, the environment, permissions/access and ensuring quality work, I allocated two days just to make sure. I've been writing PowerShell scripts since 2007. I have used PowerShell to report on AD many times. I will deliver the code in a clean and readable state, with comments as needed. I can deliver this GPO CSV functionality as a Function, in a module if desired or as a PS1 file that executes automatically, either with human interaction or in a way that can run as a scheduled task. I would also need to know where you plan to run the script from and weather you are OK with installing the Microsoft AD Powershell module on that box (or run the script directly on a domain controller) or weather you would prefer me to make is possible to work without and modules? This option will increase the complexity of the script. I'm happy to discuss this with you in further detail.
