You can have me develop this Android app based on your existing website. Please note that a phone screen is small so only important info should be displayed about a car model. Moreover, the user has an option to not receive any notification from your app. This is mandated by Google so that mobile users do not get pestered when they chose so. Anyway, for your bid ceiling cost of USD250, this app will be simple, but usable of course. It will be developed using HTML5 since this technology suits your type of app nicely.
