Develop a hybrid web mobile app

Application will be used by clients to view menus and order from a number of registered restaurants. Restaurants can view orders, process them and update status of order on the app. Registered drivers are also notified through a push notification of the app or through an sms about the order; location of restaurant and destination (clients location). Time of delivery should be set by the driver upon pick up of order. Basic accounting system which calculates restaurant percentages, drivers fees and profit.
