Design a Program to Scrape Inventory Levels from a Website on a daily basis

Hello we are looking to have some software designed that will allow us to automate an inventory checking process. Basically we have a list of 100,000 part numbers that we need to check inventory levels on a few days per week. The inventory levels can be accessed online by going to a specific website, entering the part number, selecting the brand, and pressing enter, then the results for 22 warehouses are then displayed. We want to automate the process of taking a part number, entering it into the website, selecting the brand, pressing enter and then taking the Quantity Available Results from 7 of those 22 warehouses, the Cost Price and put it in an Excel Spreadsheet. I also want to know when this information was collected so putting a column on the spreadsheet with time and date is a must. I can give you a temporary username and password to use on the website for testing purposes. I would like this to be a turn-key solution. Please let me know what my options are. If possible also on the Part Number results page, there is a link below the part number for "Supersession" This link takes you to a list of part numbers that either the part number we are checking replaced or the part number we are checking is going to be replaced by. I would like to collect this information if possible just not exactly sure how to display it though.
