The Project Scope outlines some of the details. I will not consider an offer that does not explain how you intend on creating this project. I have some of the layered Photoshop files from the project scope documentation.
Please bid only if you are capable of developing all of this in a timely manner. I want to give a great rating, but I also want to make sure that I receive a great product. I want to know what framework you will use and how you will create a CMS for the the visitor profiles and the user profiles and the adventure user profiles.

News: RSS feeds pull in the news sources. The users sort the News based on individual ratings of each news article.
News Articles: Each article has serveral tabs. Some of these tabs will require credits to participate from the visitors.
Adventure Tab: User profiles are mentioned in the document. This will also require a credit system to interact and possible a fee.
Lifestyle Tab: Need to be dynamic where users can interact with the content. The content will be displayed in card style and upon click the user can vote or view a lightbox.
