I need an extremely fast monitor any cryptocurrency exchange with api access.

The monitor must be able to:

- Must have a user friendly interface

- monitor whatever sites of my choosing

- Be able to post to discord relevant information like cost compared to btc/eth, unusual market action.

- Send links to discord and twitter at fast speeds

- display the sell and buy quantity of the relevant coin

- must include commands for discord like ?help, Price-eth (relevant coin cost against eth) Price-btc (relevant coin cost against btc), Sell/Buy quantity of coin.

In addition to the requirements, you must provide me with a detailed setup of how the monitor will function. If any issues come forth I need a reference that will provide tech support.
