I need to schedule events publishing (these are events created by the Events Calendar plugin) on a site page managed by Wordpress 4.7.5.
The publication of these events must follow a precise rhythm, one every night at a precise hour of the evening for about 15 days.
So we need a programmer who is experienced in php, css, html, jquery, mysql but above all expert in Wordpress and capable of customizing both themes and plugins. I prefer to use a plugin to manage the scheduled release. However, I have to be autonomous in changing the date and time of publication of the events.

This job I'm asking is just the first one, this is probably done, if it's worked well, then others will follow.
1) I am designer / programmer and so I know when a change is paid and when not. After the budget has been approved, the budget must remain the same. If my client's needs change, he obviously will change the budget.
2) I would not like to wait for centuries to see the changes required (maximum one week)
3) My response to your changes needs a few days. In fact, the changes made must first be checked by me and then I will show them to the customer, who usually takes two to three days to answer. Then I will have to write to you in detail the answers and the modifications to be made.
