cron job filter time php code

Hello, I have script that requires to run every minute to perform actions on social media. I need a coder to add a a time filter for those cron job to make those files work ONLY if time between XX:XX to XX:XX server time. 24hours format. It may looks like : If time NOT within XX::XX to XX:XX then halt Else Continue. - Working hours defined by admin through the code or other file. - Cron files attached. - Testing may required before releasing money. +%30 will be awarded if delivered within one day.
