Create a Wordpress based user login and log out website

1. Create a Wordpress based website where user can login/logout and register with standard Contact Signup form with email verification.
At the Login Page ------ Contact Form with the below Data storage

2. After user logged In
User's first and last name is displayed which when clicked upon refreshes the page
2 Boxes to provide social networking site links * user can edit the placeholder and choose any 2 social networking site links of their own choice)
People who are not signed up to the website can only see members name and nothing else
After login user is taken to the main page that only shows up after login, on this page user is able to post information on 3 provided questionnaire sections.
For example,
A) what is your favorite book? In the answer user can list the answer in 3 separate boxes, box1, most favorite book, box2 , less favorite book, box3 least favorite book. Also user can write name of author in 4th separate box. **** this is not a news feed, instead a form which can than be read by other users and the create can edit it as well)
B) What is your favorite team? 4 boxes again here like above
C) What can you cook ? 4 boxes again here like above
All boxes above will have LastUpdatedDate provided in a separate box, this is generated based on the last time user updated an answer.
After user has provided these answers user can either share these answers sections via email to a 3rd party or generate a private link, user can than provide this link to any one to whom user want to share the answers of these questions with.
3. Once the new person receives the link that was created by the original user, the new person can sign up as a reviewer level (Higher user license level but lower from website admin) or can also login as registered user. Reviewer needs to sign up too but the reviewer can choose to receive notifications each time the original user updates a change to the answers in the 4 original boxes.
