Create WooCommerce Moodboard Plugin

I have built an ecommerce site with wordpress and woocommerce for the sale of kitchen products and units. What we want to implement is a mood board that allows a potential customer in the pre sale stage to drag and drop products they like onto a blank canvas. I've seen this in action at a competitors website at [login to view URL] I've also searched for a mood board plugin and found this [login to view URL] but its not really the solution as it talks about importing images from google image search and youtube videos. Really what we need to be picking from is the featured images of the sites products. This project is for a talented individual wordpress plugin developer to develop a plugin for our website that allows the same functionality as the mood board on sncollection.
