Re-Create Website based on old website and supplier website

I have an existing website displaying products from my supplier. My supplier had an old HTML site which I could easily copy and paste the source code for the products from, and transfer to my existing website. My supplier has recently updated to a possible Joomla website so the CSS and styling isn't compatible with my old style HTML site so I can no longer copy and paste the code. I would like to create a new website with similar layout to my existing website but created with Joomla and the same CSS and styling as my supplier site so that I can simply copy and paste the code of the products everytime they change. The new website will a simple layout with 8 top navigation links, one of these top links will present a page with 8 products (category blog style), with an information page for each product. The information should be possible to be copied and pasted from the supplier website. This is NOT ecommerce. Images, editorial etc. from existing will still be used The coding I want to copy from the supplier appears to be Bootstrap, e.g.: <td class="right zw">87</td> <td class="hidden-xs before"></td> <td class="hidden-xs after"></td> Please give an estimate of cost to recreate this new joomla website, and note any problems you think you might have. Freelancer who earns this project will have opportunities to do other projects waiting to be started also, I usually work with Joomla & virtuemart.
