Create webpage without CMS, but need crypto payment gateway to allow some actions

Hello all, What i need is a simple "landings page" or "webpage" if you want to call it that. It means the "website" should be existing for 1 webpage and the webpage has the following content: - Roaster from a block where it contains 1000x1000 pixels (see reference website: alex tew as an example for a historic website called: "milliondollarhomepage" - Visitors can select which block they want their advertisement on - They can upload the image that will fit in the boxes 1 block is 10x10 - They can insert the tooltip text if you hover over the image - Payment must be done using "waves" crypto currency and the description of the payment must be the amount of blocks that they have bought - While the payment has been done the blocks will be "bought" and available Note: make sure the website can handle many visitors to buy their blocks and make sure people can't buy the same blocks. No need for complex CMS or databases ... this is just the project that you read above.
