Create script to send every fifth user to different home page

Hi I can start on this work right away. This is how my algorithm would work 1)-In PHP script, I will keep a Count of every User visited by capturing the Client IP Address. 2)-I will write the IP Address to a File in Server Side 3)-If the Count of these IP Address reaches to 5, I will redirect to a different HomePage URL(That you have to give me). 4)-On 5th User, I will clean up the File where I am storing the IP Addresses.
