we need a complex form with coded logic built using Podio and Globiflow. Want someone who has used Globiflow before and can code in complex logic. The project is:

1. the client completes a web form with a range of dropdown/ inline selections (there are 3-5 options for each question and around 40 questions)

2. based on their selection, they receive a paragraph of text for each response in an email and PDF

3. the documents received must be branded in our company branding and be easy to read

we have tried to use JotForm for this but the branding and formatting isn't fully customisable, so want to use podio
