This is a short and simple task, I plan to do this in PHP using the GD library for adding text to existing images. You can choose to serve the image to the user, or have it saved in a folder (for caching) if you'd like to use that feature. I chose PHP because it's a language I'm most familiar with, and it's highly suitable for a task like this.

I can do it using python. The PIL package can process image well. Usually I use python 3.x as runtime environment, so if you need a web application, you should know configure the environment. but if you wish a desktop application, i can compile it as a .exe file, which can run in any window system.

This task can be done with C++ script and OpenCV library for Image Processing. First a csv file has to read and then it has to open image file , read rest of parameter that has to wrote on the image. convert such parameter into string. Read image in matrix format . then using some functions from OpenCV the text should be written on image.

hi this is can be done easily in python. i can generate those images in python with nice command line interface or even GUI if you like
