We have a well-established main website, [login to view URL], which features a CMS system that was previously upgraded to the latest PHP standards. Our goal is to utilize this upgraded CMS system as the foundation for building the "Schellacksender" page, a separate platform where our community members can upload and comment on their MP3 files instead of traditional forum-based interactions. This project had been successfully running for several years until 2019, and we now aim to update and enhance its functionalities.
Scope of Work:
1. Utilize the upgraded CMS system from our main website as the basis for constructing the subdomain page, "Schellacksender.grammophon-platten.de." It is important to note that the main website should remain unchanged, as the modifications will be specific to the separate "Schellacksender" page. We will provide you with new FTP server data and a separate database for the setup.
2. Adapt and customize the provided MySQL database (including existing data) to ensure a seamless integration of the old forum posts and broadcasts. Preserving the existing content and preventing any data loss are essential aspects of this task.
3. Rewrite the design and functionality of the Drupal theme available at [[login to view URL]] to ensure a responsive display on mobile and tablet devices. The theme should be implemented within our CMS platform, e107.
