I need to create phone numbers and then be able to, record the calls, forward the calls and track the number of calls. When calls are forwarded, I need the ability to have a pre-recorded voice go the receiver before they are connected to the caller. It should run on [login to view URL] or Twilio. If you have another cheaper option, I'm also open to that. I need this for testing online advertisements where I place a phone number. If it could work like [login to view URL] that would also be great.
