Have you already developed or worked on a Bulk Mailing solution that is able to send 2000 mails/min minimum? then this project might be for you, i need someone that already have a bulk mailing solution, 100% working , and i need you to adapt it to my needs.

Do not contact me if you are willing to use phpmailer or any php script that isnt able to send in BULK! only contact me if you have already a source code and you ll know how to fix it to my needs asap.

Failure to deliver project as requested with the time frame will result in milestone not released.
