Build me website similar to this site [login to view URL] this is payment website for our school, and also It needs adding some features like, 1. when student pay fee it will automatic send message to his/her parent via sms to thank because has paid and the nominal the student has paid. 2. Sms broadcast, It can broadcast via sms to the parent when we want to student to pay payment. And 3. Sms Autoresponse, parents can know information about the bill via sms with certain code like : “info [No. of student]” send to the our number and the web via wavecom automaticly response that with sending message about the information that according to the student and his bill. But the most important thing is that it use wavecom modem and existing website (the website is not hosting local but in server). any other information will be delivered when start working
