Build a Website for crowdsourcing in image and video annotation

Hi, I need a website like [login to view URL] its code is online [login to view URL] However, I need some changes: first, I need a template like in [login to view URL] second, I need a point and rotated rectangle and line and arrow features to be added which some of them shown in [login to view URL] third, the images and videos will be provided to the user and user uploads nothing. Annotation data is saved on the server. The user can copy neither images and videos nor annotation data. Forth, annotations will be confirmed by administrator. Then a tiny amount of money will be added to the user's account. When this money reaches 10 $, the user can ask for payment to his/her Paypal account. For each annotation, money ranging from 0.005 to 0.02 $ will be paid. This is like Amazon Mechanical Turk for earn money and put the annotation jobs. Fifth, it should be fast to handle even 20000x20000 easily and the user can zoom in and out and move the image easily. -for images, features shown in [login to view URL] [login to view URL] should be there. -for videos, features shown in [login to view URL] [login to view URL] should be added. Annotation: means showing where objects are e.g. where a car is in an image in pixel of width and height of the image. This data will be saved in xml or json file. To do so one can use bounding boxes or polygon or line or arrow or point over the image and add class of the object and its attributes. again to rephrase what I need: In the end I need users to sign up in my website and some not anntoated random images from my dataset which are already uploaded by myself in the sever will be assigned to the users. They will annotate them by putting bounding boxes and polygons, points, lines, and so on over the object. this annotation data which shows the location of the objects will be saved in the server. I will check the images with ready annotation flag. If the annotation quality is good (I mean location of the object and assigned classes are correct), then I confirm that annotation. User earns e.g. 0.01 $ for each annotation and when account balance is at least 10 $ he or she can ask for payment. Then I will pay them via paypal, but this will be manually and not automatically for the moment. User should not be able to copy any images and annotation. Then best way is to understand what I want is to sign up in LabelMe website with Amazon Mechanical Turk. Therefore, there are three types of accounts: admin, workers, customers. Annotations will be approved first by admin and finally by customers. Annotations will be sent to the customers in json and xml format which shows the location of vertices of each object with its class label and attributes.
