Dear Odoo Developers, this is a request for best offer (the specified budget is virtual) we are using Odoo Onlne, don't want to migrate to [login to view URL], and need many customizations that want to achieve by Odoo Studio (automation, scripting, and so on). The first and most urgent requirement is the following: We use HelpDesk application, our customers send an email to our helpdesk team in Odoo, this generates a new ticket. Ones we reply from the ticket, Odoo delivers the email to all followers. This email contains the ticket number on the subject. Normally, if the customers reply to this email, Odoo recognizes the message and attaches it to the right ticket. But some customers do not reply to our message but creates a new email, keeping just the ticket number in the subject. this causes the generation of new ticket. So we have a proliferation of dupplicated tickets. what we need is customization by Odoo Studio (automation, scripting, and so on) that catches the new emails and if a ticket with the same description exists (same ticket number "#XXXX" in the subject), attach the message to this ticket and to not create a new one. we are available for clarification. thanks
