Build a Web Application Based on FileInvite

We require a web-based application to gather documents from customers. This web application heavily draws inspiration from FileInvite.com. An employee will create a request, which will request 1 to N pieces of information. The information will be a short text field, extended text field, or a file attachment. Once the request is created, and email notification will be sent to the customer. The customer will receive a link with a random code/identifier that will allow them to provide the requested information. The link should be able to be re-sent. The application should be built on PHP and use Microsoft Azure for file storage. Additional technologies/services can be used as needed. Information must be stored securely. Customer will only be able to access their invite with the random identifier. This should not be an incremental value or something easily guessed. Employees will use individual accounts to access the employee portal. Employee permissions will have a minimum of the following controls: • Create/Send Request • Create Template • View My Requests • View All Requests At a minimum, the following employee functions will be supported: • Create Request • View Requests o Based on permissions o Resend Request o Void/Cancel Request o Upload Customer Documents (on behalf of customer via employee portal) • Create/Edit Templates o Templates will have a preconfigured set of fields and attachments o When sending a request, the employee can select the template All bids should be for the complete project. Milestone payments will only be released upon final delivery. Partial payment requests will NOT be honored.
