Build a new magento 2.3 website (from Magento 1.9 online store) -- 2

We have a M1.9 CE online store, that we'd like to upgrade to M2.3 CE (release 28 Nov 2018) To setup new magento 2.3 in Siteground with dedicated IP, and SSL To do one-time transfer of database i.e. all product/category data, customer data, online forms data etc, from M1.9 to M2.3 To purchase and modify a M2.3 theme (cost of theme not inclusive in this quote) - design skills is required To transfer all the customisation done in M1.9, to M2.3 i.e. (i) self pickup from store (list of 12 locations to pickup) (ii) delivery (have date picker plugin, as well as shipping price customisations and logic for 4 broad categories of products) (iii) enquiry, feedback, franchise forms (to carry forward at least 3-5 type of built-in forms) (iv) recaptcha v2 integration (v) payment gateway using paypal integration (vi) one custom product page allows pick product, view gallery, select image to print for customise, another instead of selecting image to print, allows image upload (as file attachments) during order process (vii) to add new feature: count-down ticker (extension) (viii) to add chat feature: zendesk or equivalent (extension) Development timeframe: (i) To commence work 27 Dec 2018; (ii) Completion by 28 Jan 2019; (iii) Two weeks for site testing, launch of new M2.3 online store by 15 Feb 2019; Important Note: Please quote your labour charge (all 3rd party purchase not inclusive, e.g. SSL, extensions etc) Please state additional tools/cost required (if any, not related to your labour cost)
