Build a Client/Admin Portal for BPO - Data Upload, and Download

We are a BPO back office accounting firm. We have multiple clients who are Accountants and have their own end customers. We want to create a client portal to provide these accountants access to a dashboard, which will allow them to create jobs/tasks for work received from their end customers, based on categories such as book keeping, tax etc. Each job/task will allow multiple files pertaining to the job to be uploaded as well. Once a job / task is created - our admins / and in-house teams will view the job/ task and assign it to a resource who an then download the submitted documents. They will then work and process the data and re upload the completed documents Then the accounting clients will get a notification of the job status, progress as a timeline, and once completed - be able to download the processed and completed jobs.
