I want to build an windows application accounting software, that have subscription for the users, and to upload the database backup on the website. so the user when subscribes he will have account on the website he can access to make payment, and to download the backups. the application to be supporting arabic and english languages. the features to be the best in the market and the one who want to work with me on it will provide me with the features, and i select among them. also to support multi users to the system with different authorities.
