I have developed a few software like this before. The software will need a scraper to pull the email addresses, a captcha bypass to solve the captcha in order to get the contact info, and finally a POP3 module to send out the emails. I can develop this software as outlined. I can even develop an sms module that would allow you to send a text message to the ad poster automatically.

I have written scrapers and parsers before. I will give you a PHP or Python script, which you can run on any webserver, that does the following: 1. Takes inputs: certain categories of posts with keywords. Category1 = "garage sale", "moving sale"; Category2 = "college sale" etc. Each category will have an individual message for the person who posted the ad. 2. Takes inputs: Regions = Chicago, LA, New York etc. 3. Scrapes the relevant sections of craigslist, and collects the unique id of the post, the emails, and if desired phone numbers. I have a way to get around the CAPTCHA mechanism. 4. Sends the emails. 5. Repeats whenever desired.
