Ip board forum customization

I need to add a location feature to my ip board forum software. So user can change the location of the home page and you will see forum data for that location. Forum categories will stay the same on all locations just the content will be changed. Similar to craiglist when you change location and all categories are the same.
Also configure settings like email and other settings in software
I use invisionpower forum software
