I need a windows software made that will merge images in a folder to create new images. there will 4 templates ( see attachment) The software will let you select a folder with images in it... then select the output folder for the new images. Then select the # of images you want to make and select a naming scheme. Something that is keyword based like "[login to view URL]" also will need a way to place a text overlay on the image with a transparent background and be able place this anywhere on the image. Need to be able to select font type, font color, font size, background color and opacity.
