Altcoin Payment Gateway for a new coin -- 6

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed. it needs to be similar to coin gate. Or gourl dot io even like the becoming a cryptonater or bit pa y- most similar needs to integrate with all the shopping carts and websites so we can give this to retailers to use so they accept .. You need to have skills in PHP 5.6, MySQL 5.7, JQuery, Bootstrap, Codeigniter Framework, Smarty 3, own Bitcoin/Altcoin Daemons- it can also be clo ne of something like Bitp ay - it should can handle multiple crypto currencies this is for e commerce retailers since we want to be a payment processor - This is NOT payment gateway integration - Only 4 part milestones accepted 10% to start and another 30% at delivery and MVP- the rest of milestone AFTER it gets penetration tested against any and bugs or security issues.
