I am looking for a 2 programs. One will have a changeable cooldown and the other one will not have a cooldown. This program will send a user an output when they click a button named "Generate". I am looking for this to be in a database and able to fit into my wordpress theme, so being created as a shortcode. The user generating the output will not be able to see or edit the items/phrases in the database and only one output it generated every time the button it clicked. Website administrators wall be able to view and edit the outputs though. If I put the phrases/numbers/letters into the database such as a 12 Hello je sd When the user click on "Generate" it will generate one of those, they can be remove/added/edited by the website administration though. *If there is an easier was it is better, I just don't want the users generating to be able to see what is in the database or change the outputs.*
