Woocommerce Erase & CSV Upload

I have a product catalog that is from a data scrape imported to my Woocommerce store, about 3500-4000 products. I have it in csv excel format. You will have to do this from the Wordpress admin panel, FTP access is not possible. If you want to use a plugin that is OK.
I need all of the current products listed on the website removed and/or replaced with the new csv file. The same image files need to apply (not removed from server) -- the csv file does include which image is to be used. You can checkout current site here [login to view URL]

25% milestone funded upfront, a second milestone of 25% of bid funded upon 50% of completion of work done and remaining 50% funded when complete. All funds released once entire project is verified correct (24-72 hours).
