Pay slip management • Administrator Access: 1- Employees: The Employees tab shows the list of all Employees across all Accounts** , in additional to search criteria (Name, Code, Project name, account name, Employee ID, added date, and show payslip “check point 3”) 2- Bulk Employees: The admin will be able to upload bulk employees and assign them to designated account** (The excel sheet populate the following criteria in the excel sheer header as follows, Employee ID, password, Name, Email, Gender, Mobile, Phone, Project, Job title, start date) 3- Bulk Pay Slip; where the admin upload the excel sheet that contains all the perspective salaries for each employee with the key value “Employee ID”, The excel sheet will contain: a- Employee ID b- Year c- Month d- Basic Salary e- Allowances (10 number of allowances associated with corresponding values as per excel sheet) f- Deductions (10 number of deductions associated with corresponding values as per excel sheet) g- Total allowances h- Total deductions i- Total payable (net salary) • Account Manager: Same access as administrator but for specific account(s) • User Access: will see his current and previous payslips (the user will login using “Employee ID” and “Password” set by the administrator (check - Search with 2 fields: Year and Month - Forgot password - Change password - Request : the user can request HR letter , stamped pay slip , others (these type of requests will be sent to both emails of the admin and the designated account manager)  This module shall be expanded later to the extent of using it as part of a complete HR system, thus the coding should be flexible as it will be used as the system grow  The accessibility for re-install on different servers and export/import data across different installations.
